Terms and Conditions

1. The service

Felloby lets creators, such as coaches, teachers, trainers, tutors and clubs, run their own branded community with feeds, chat, a member directory, an events calendar and courses, and sell memberships to it. Features may change over time as we improve the platform.

In these terms, a creator is anyone who owns or runs a community on Felloby, including the admins and moderators they choose. A member is anyone who joins a community. Content means anything people add to Felloby, such as posts, comments, lessons, profiles, links and messages.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to buy a plan or run a community. Members under 18 may join a community only with a parent's or guardian's permission, and only where the creator allows it.
• Give a real email address that you control, and keep your details up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
• One Felloby login works for every community you join. Each community keeps its members and content to itself.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Felloby to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone's rights or privacy;
• post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually exploitative, or that harms children;
• share content you don't have the right to share, or pretend to be someone else;
• sell anything illegal, run scams, or mislead members about what they are paying for;
• send spam, or collect other people's details without their permission;
• upload malware, try to get into accounts or communities you don't belong to, get around plan limits, or disrupt or overload the platform;
• copy, resell or rebuild Felloby itself, or create accounts automatically or in bulk.

Creators and their admins and moderators can remove content and members in their own communities. We may also remove content, and suspend or close accounts or communities, that break these rules.

4. Your content

You own the content you add to Felloby. You give us permission to store, process, display and send it only as needed to run the service, for example to show your post to the members who can open that space.

Videos and images are added as links to where they already live, such as YouTube, Vimeo or Google Drive. Those services have their own terms, and you are responsible for having the right to share what you link to. Please keep your own copies of anything important.

5. Creators and their members

Each community is run by its creator, not by Felloby. If you are a creator:

• You are responsible for your community, its content, its rules and how you treat your members.
• You may set your own terms for your community, and members agree to them when they join. Your terms can't override these Felloby terms.
• Members pay you directly through the payment methods you set up, such as GCash, HitPay, PayMongo or PayPal. Money from memberships does not pass through Felloby. You handle your members' refunds, cancellations, receipts, disputes and taxes.
• You will tell your members how you use their information, use it only to run your community, and never sell it or spam them.
• You follow the laws that apply to you, including consumer protection, data privacy and tax laws.

If you are a member, a membership you buy is an agreement between you and the creator. We are not a party to it. Questions about a community's content, payments or refunds go to its creator first.

6. Plans and prices

Joining a community is free for members. To create a community, a creator needs a paid plan. Prices are in Philippine pesos and are billed monthly.

The current price, features and limits of each plan, such as how many communities, spaces, admins and moderators you can have, are shown on the Plans page. If you reach a limit, you'll need to upgrade or remove something before adding more.

7. Paying for a plan

• Subscribing with PayPal: you pay with your PayPal account or a debit or credit card through PayPal. Your plan starts once PayPal confirms the first payment. A PayPal subscription renews automatically every month, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
• Cancelling: you can cancel at any time in your PayPal account under automatic payments. You won't be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for.
• Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, PayPal retries it for a few days. If it still fails, your plan ends.
• When a plan ends: your account moves to the Free plan. We keep your communities and their content, but we may pause them or limit their features until you choose a plan again.
• Price changes: if we change prices, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before. A change never affects a month you have already paid for.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Felloby available and your data safe, but we can't promise the service will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give notice before taking away something important from a paid plan. If we ever shut Felloby down, we will give reasonable notice so creators can save their content and contact their members.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Felloby at any time. To delete your account, email felloby@remotebydesigns.com from the email address on your account. Deletion is permanent, and any paid time left on your plan ends with it (see the Refund Policy).

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use puts others at risk, or if the law requires it. Where it's fair to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

10. Disclaimer

Felloby is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for what creators teach, sell or post, or for third-party services such as PayPal, GCash, HitPay, PayMongo, YouTube or Google Drive, which have their own terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Remote by Designs will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Felloby. Our total liability for any claim relating to Felloby is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or PHP 5,000 if that is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover Remote by Designs for claims made by others because of your content, your community, or your breaking of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Before going to court, we both agree to try to settle any dispute informally by contacting each other first.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for significant changes we will tell you in Felloby or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Felloby after that, the new terms apply.
